About this opportunity
MSF is recruiting IPC Managers for its Ebola emergency response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. You'll lead infection prevention and control activities to protect patients, caretakers and staff: standard and transmission-based precautions, surveillance, clean and dirty flows, training and IPC supplies.
- Deployment: available within 3 months for a first rotation of 12–16 weeks, followed by a mandatory 21-day post-deployment monitoring period
- MSF provides: a fixed-term contract, travel, accommodation, medical coverage and daily allowances
Requirements
- A nursing, medical, epidemiology or pharmacy diploma
- An IPC diploma (essential)
- French at B2 level or higher (mandatory)
- Experience in Ebola, viral haemorrhagic fever, outbreak or emergency response (a strong asset)
- Tropical medicine training (desirable)
