About this opportunity
NRC's CLEAR initiative is building open, federated infrastructure for crisis response and anticipatory action. It brings together earth observation, conflict feeds, field reports and market data so humanitarian teams can act earlier. NRC is hiring a Product Manager to lead it from research to working product.
The role can be based in Belgium, Germany, Kenya, Nigeria, Norway or the United Kingdom.
What you'll bring
- 5–7 years of product management in technology, data or digital transformation
- A record of launching and scaling complex digital products
- Practical knowledge of Agile, APIs, cloud platforms and modern software development
- Product frameworks such as user story mapping, prioritisation and OKRs, plus user research and human-centred design
- Strong data literacy, and working knowledge of data science, machine learning and AI
- Experience managing external suppliers and multi-stakeholder projects
