About this opportunity
UNDRR is inviting expressions of interest to build a roster of technical service providers aligned with its 2026–2030 Strategic Framework and the Sendai Framework. Selected organisations will co-deliver technical assistance at global, regional, national and sub-national levels.
Who can apply
- For-profit firms and NGOs with demonstrated disaster risk reduction experience
- Academic and research institutions with relevant expertise
- Intergovernmental organisations with complementary mandates
Providers need a proven track record in building the capacity of government institutions in disaster risk reduction, early warning and risk knowledge, with at least 5 years' experience.

- Seminars, training workshops, mentoring and in-service training
- Capacity building and institutional strengthening
- Risk analytics
- Monitoring and evaluation of technical services
Multiple short trips to UNDRR partner countries are expected.
